I met Susan during her workshop, “Find your Woo”. I was cultivated by her approach to how it feels to be an intuitive and highly sensitive woman. After the workshop I decided that I would like to work with her. It was my first time working with a coach so I didn’t know what to expect. Since the first session she helped me to understand how to deal with most of the feelings that we empath or highly sensitive women have. I experience a great connection with her. Each session is different to the other. We played with oracle cards and meditations to help us to understand what was going on in my mind at that moment. She hold a beautiful and safe space for me to express my fears and blockages. She knows how to guide you and give you the time you need to process things. She can talk from experience and she loves to share which are the things that worked for her in the past. After each session we will point out a few things to work during the following days. What worked well for me.
Susan and I were definitely in rapport and often were thinking along the same lines or picking up the same ideas so in that way I felt completely held. I also felt like I could be completely open and honest and not be judged which was great. As I was sharing my stories with her it became so obvious to me that oh yeah, of course I'm psychic - why would I even question it?! So, holding that mirror up for me was so helpful in growing my confidence.
What I'd say to a friend:
It's really good to talk to someone experienced and have a space to talk about where you might be holding yourself back from acknowledging or using your intuitive gifts. We had lots of fun and the sessions were creative. They have illuminated much spiritual growth and opportunities both directly and indirectly. I feel more connected with my soul and my channels for communicating with spirit.
